  • Any redemptions/switch-outs in excess of the above-mentioned limit would be subject to an exit load of 0.50%, if the units are redeemed/ switched-out to debt schemes/PGIM India Arbitrage Fund within 90 days from the date of allotment of units;

As per regulatory requirement, a Flexi Cap Fund must invest a minimum of 65% of total assets in equity and equity-related securities. A Flexi Cap Fund predominantly invests in equity and equity related securities of companies across market capitalizations in a flexible manner.
These funds give your investments an exposure to equity shares of large cap, mid cap and small companies across sectors.
